Hakone - Goodbye Fuji San

As I told you in the previous post we went back to Hakone, ironically this trip was litterally one of the first time we were able to see Fuji-san and also the last time of this trumendous period.
By the way, the eggs are a bit salty but delicious.

Fuji-san

Hakone - where everything begins and ends

Ok I am a bit late since everything has ended around 3 months ago, nevertheless Hakone was our first (and only) trip outside Tokyo when we first visited Japan in 2006, and unfortunately we were not able at that time to visit the open air museum nor taste one of the famous black eggs (part of a second post). So finally, we decided to correct those mistakes during our last trip outside Tokyo. Did ti worth it, I would say yes !!!
It was a nice day of automn and the leaves'color started to be red...

Japan - Give me five!

Oshima

Second stop in our final adventures : Oshima, the first of the so called Tokyo's Southern islands that are between 2hours and 24hours boat from Tokyo.
It was our first volcano climbing and also the first time since our first visit to Japan 5 years ago that we have been able to see Fuji-san.

Special Breakfast

After Tsukiji market one of the tradition is to get sushi at breakfast on the counter, you should definitely not miss this opportunity. For your info it was 7.00 a.m. and the sushi was gorgeous.

Let's enjoy!

otherwise you can also go there and have coffee aand a wee chat.

Tsukiji s vehicles

In the market you will discover a new kind of vehicules that is every where, it is in between a space ship, a trolley and a scooter. Of course you also find the good old bike.

Traffic jam @ 5.30 a.m.

Tsukiji outside

When you leave the auction spot you can also discover a small part of the whole market and some things are amazing such as the number of boxes...

Tsukiji market - Tuna auction

So it is our final adventures' beginning, and then the start of the "Last photos" series.
Coming back to Tokyo for 1 week in order to finalize our movr back to France, we were looking to do some tourists stuffs that we have not done earlier.

This post concerns Tsukiji fish market, that I promised to do in one of my first posts. It was really suprising even if you are only able to access a limited spots when you are doing the official tour, but which is the only way to access the tuna auction. Finally, no regret to have had to wake up at 3.30 in the morning.

Still in the last serie, now one my favorite subject: trains!
I had still some pics to try in order to try to retranscript what are trains in Japan...
